Absolutely nothing.

I spent the weekend at a hotel and had a good time. The hotel’s two key location facts were great - everything was just a short taxi ride away. The staff was warm and accommodating, doing their best to make my stay comfortable. They even went the extra mile to give me an early check-in! Another advantage that I enjoyed was the hotel restaurant, which served delicious meals that catered to my dietary restrictions.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that I didn't enjoy. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel has clean rooms and comfortable beds for resting, and its location is good for those who have a car or are traveling on business. the staff did try their best but were limited by poor management. Breakfast was adequate and served daily. the hotel has construction next door, which is new, and this may be a positive aspect for some guests.

The hotel lacks proper inventory management and attentive service, causing guests to have to remind the staff repeatedly for supplies like tea bags, towels, and water refill.

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating, despite some management issues. The rooms were nice and maintained well. The location was convenient for my needs and the breakfast was satisfactory.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location was excellent, close to the hospital and other important places. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of hot water for my shower.

The internet connection was not consistent, and I had to keep reconnecting every few minutes. there was some noise from the main reception area, which was close to my room.

The cleanliness and decoration of the hotel were impressive. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

During our stay, we had a negative experience with the food. The cooks should focus on their specialties rather than offering a wide menu.
